Is Quality Control a thing of the past?
I must admit I am a Starbucks Addict. I frequent the chain way more than my checking account likes. But, sometimes... I just "need" it. (Even if it is decaf!)
However, I hope someone can help me understand why it is that I order the EXACT SAME DRINK, but I receive 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRINKS??? They not only LOOK different, they also TASTE different.
I don't get it. The recipe is on the label. You just have to read it and follow directions, right? So, how can they be sooo different from location to location and even barista to barista??
Don't they train their baristas all the same way? I understand the human touch will have some variance, they aren't machines (I don't think anyway), but this is like night and day.
